Start with what you have
You don't need a designer's brief. Bring an idea, a rough design or a logo you made yourself, and we turn it into a professional logo with every file to go with it.
An idea
Tell us the name, what the business does and where the logo has to go. We design it from there, and you pick from a few directions.
A design or a sketch
A drawing on paper, a mock-up someone made for you, or a logo you half like. We keep what works and finish the rest.
A logo you made in ChatGPT
AI tools are a quick way to land on a look you like, but you get a low-res picture with soft edges and uneven spacing. We redraw it as a professional vector and keep every detail you chose.
See Butler FarmsWhat you get
The logo, drawn once, and every file you'll be asked for over the next ten years.
Logo Redraw
Your current logo, from a screenshot, an AI image or a photo of the sign, rebuilt as a clean vector in the same font and shape.
New Logo Design
No logo yet? We design one from a short brief about the business and where the logo has to work.
Print Logo Files
Vector PDFs with no fonts or pictures inside, so a sign shop can cut them at 3 m and a printer can't swap a font.
Digital Logo Files
SVGs for the website and PNGs from 500 to 6000 px wide, each in four colour versions.
Profile Pictures and Website Icons
A square file sized for Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and WhatsApp, plus the browser tab and home screen icons.
Brand Guidelines
A 12-page PDF in your own font: the logo versions, clear space, smallest sizes, your Pantone, CMYK and HEX, and which file to send to whom.
Before and after
Customers already know these logos from the shop sign and the socials. So we change as little as we can: the mark, the name and the colours stay, and nothing already printed looks out of date. What changes is what makes a logo look dated, like a boxed-in background or soft edges, which gives it a modern lift without a rebrand.
Butler Farms From an AI image to a vector
Butler Farms had a logo they liked, made with an AI image tool, as two PNGs. It looked right on a phone. For signs, uniforms and a truck wrap it needed to be redrawn as shapes, keeping every detail they chose.
The whole logo, in the same frame as the original PNG.
The tractor at six times size. The curved roof, tail light and steering column all kept.
- Same font. The lettering matched to Montserrat, so the name is real type, not a picture of it.
- One centre line. The tractor sat a few pixels off centre in the AI image. Now everything lines up.
- One green. The two PNGs used two different greens. Butler Farms picked Pantone 357 C from a sheet of options, and every file uses it.
Optimal Health Chiropractic Same logo, without the panel
Patients know this logo from the sign on the clinic door, so the refresh changes as little as possible. The green panel was made for the header of their old website. Taking it off lets the logo sit on white pages, a dark footer and photos, and tidier lettering makes it look current.
- The discus thrower, the three lines of the name and the clinic green all kept
- The green moves out of the background and into the lettering and the rules
- Matches the sign, the cards and the referral pads, so nothing needs reprinting

Fish World Aquarium Same logo, in the new header
Regulars know the two angelfish from the shop and its Instagram, so they stay exactly as they were. The blue square suits a profile picture, but on the website it would sit like a box inside the navy header. Without it, the logo becomes part of the header.
- The two angelfish, the bubbles and the lettering all kept
- Redrawn with sharp edges and no background, for any size
- A brighter blue name and outlined white lettering, clear on the navy

Butler Green and white
The two AI images used two slightly different greens. We sent Butler Farms a sheet of Pantone options, they chose 357 C, a deep bottle green, and every file in the pack now uses it. The guidelines give that one green in each format a supplier might ask for.
- Pantone
- 357 C
- CMYK
- 79 28 87 38
- RGB
- 33 87 50
- HEX
- #215732
- Pantone
- None, use the paper or base white
- CMYK
- 0 0 0 0
- RGB
- 255 255 255
- HEX
- #FFFFFF
Pantone
A numbered ink, mixed to a swatch book. The one to quote to printers, sign writers and uniform suppliers.
CMYK
The four inks of full-colour printing. Close to the Pantone, and can shift a little from press to press.
RGB and HEX
How screens make the colour: the website, social posts and emails. Never used for print.
What to ask each supplier for
| Where it's used | What to ask for |
|---|---|
| Gloss or coated print | Pantone 357 C. The C means coated: brochures, business cards, stickers, labels. |
| Uncoated paper | Pantone 357 U for letterheads, envelopes and notepads. The same ink looks a little lighter on uncoated paper, so ask for a proof. |
| Full-colour print (CMYK) | CMYK 79 28 87 38, matched by eye to Pantone 357 C. |
| Vehicle wraps and cut vinyl | The vinyl colour closest to Pantone 357 C. Check the sample on the vehicle in daylight. |
| Paint: sheds, gates, signboards | A paint mix colour-matched to Pantone 357 C. Take a printed swatch to the paint shop, not a phone screen. |
| Embroidery and screen printing | Thread or ink matched to Pantone 357 C. Approve a stitched or printed sample first. |
| Screens: website, social, email | HEX #215732 or RGB 33 87 50. |
Four versions of every file
Logo, icon and square icon each come in green on white, white on green, and both with no background, so there's a right file for any surface.
Sharp on a 3 m truck
Butler Farms plan a truck wrap. The print PDF is made of shapes, so it is redrawn cleanly at any size. A PNG is a grid of pixels, and blows up soft.
- Print PDFs and SVGs with no images or fonts inside, checked on every file
- Your Pantone, CMYK, RGB and HEX in the guidelines
- A table of what to ask for: paper, vinyl, paint, embroidery, screens

The letters EST from the smallest line of the logo, both enlarged about 20 times past the PNG's own size.
The tractor on its own
Where the full logo would be too small to read, the icon takes over: profile pictures, browser tabs, phone home screens, caps.
- A profile picture sized for each of seven platforms, with the icon kept clear of the circle crop
- favicon.ico, a 32 px tab icon and the iPhone and Android home screen icons
- Square icons from 128 to 2048 px for anything else that asks

How it works
Send what you have
Your current logo in any form, or a short brief if you're starting fresh. Tell us where it has to go: signs, vehicles, uniforms, socials.
Approve the drawing
You see the logo in all four versions, at full size and at favicon size, before anything is exported. We change it until it is right.
Get the pack
A zip with every file and the guidelines PDF. We keep the source, so a new colour or another size is a quick re-run.
Quoted per job, in writing.
Send us the logo you have, or tell us about the business, and we'll come back with a fixed price before anything starts. Building a new website with us? Ask for the logo in the same brief. For flyers, cards and menus in the new look, see graphic design.
