Print and email design that matches your website.

Flyers, brochures, business cards, email designs, receipts and QR codes in the same fonts, colours and logo as your website, so everything a customer holds looks like the business they found online. Built to the exact artwork spec of your printer, whether that's Officeworks, Vistaprint, Snap, Kwik Kopy or the shop down the road, so the file goes through first time.

Print proof of the plain AJ Lee Property Group card front: the logo on black, a pink line marking the 90 x 55mm cut and a blue line marking the safe zone, with the black running past the cut into the bleed

Pink line: the 90 x 55mm cut. Blue line: the safe zone every word sits inside. The black runs 5mm past the cut as bleed, so a slightly off cut never shows a white edge.

  • Typed as plain text, sent fully branded
  • Built to render the same in Gmail, Outlook and on a phone

A code on its own tells you nothing. Give every printed piece its own code and its own page, and every enquiry arrives with a label on it.

  • Sized and placed so a phone reads it first time
  • Vector, so it prints crisp at any size
  • Pointing at a page you own, never a redirect service that can expire

PRNT's order receipt, sent the moment a customer pays on prntmelb.com. It carries the brand, every line of the order, GST, delivery details and the tax invoice as a PDF, and it reads just as well on a phone.

  • Designed and built into the checkout, so it sends itself
  • Tax invoice attached, numbered to match the order
  • Laid out for desktop mail and a phone screen

Every printer publishes its own artwork rules. We read theirs before we export, so the file isn't rejected at upload or trimmed wrong on the guillotine.

  • Size and bleed. Cut to the printer's trim, with the bleed they ask for — Officeworks wants 5mm, most presses 3mm.
  • Safe margins. Text and logos kept clear of the cut, so a guillotine that drifts a millimetre never clips a phone number.
  • CMYK colour. Converted for print, with small black type on black ink only, so it stays sharp instead of fringing.
  • Fonts locked in. Every letter converted to outlines — no missing font, no substitution at the print shop.
  • 300dpi or better. Photos and logos checked at the size they print, not the size they look on screen.
  • The file they accept. PDF with or without crop marks, single sides or combined — whatever their upload page asks for.

The colour runs past the cut, and nothing that matters goes near it.
  1. Tell us what you need

The piece, the wording, and where it will be printed. We pull your colours, fonts and logo from your website.

  2. Check the proof

You get a proof with the cut line and safe area drawn on. We change it until it is right.

  3. Print it anywhere

You get the print-ready PDF for your printer, plus a web version for email and social. We keep the source for reprints.

Quoted per job, in writing.
