Question 1

What happens after I send the form?

Accepted Answer

We read it and reply within one business day, usually with a couple of questions about your business. Then we design your new homepage, free, and send it to you within 48 hours.

Question 2

Is the homepage design really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You see a real design of your new homepage before you spend anything. If you like it, we quote the full build in writing. If not, no hard feelings and nothing to pay.

Question 3

Do I need to have my content ready?

Accepted Answer

No. Tell us what your business does and what the site needs to do, plus your current site if you have one. We can help with the words and images as we go.

Question 4

How long until my site is live?

Accepted Answer

Most business sites go live within two weeks of you approving the design. Online shops and custom builds take longer, and you get the timeline in writing before we start.

Question 5

Do you only work with Melbourne businesses?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Melbourne, but we build websites for small businesses right across Australia. Everything can be done over the phone, email or WhatsApp.

Question 6

Who will I be dealing with?

Accepted Answer

Billy and Andrew, the two people who design and build your site. No account manager in between.
