Website maintenance · Melbourne

Website maintenance that means you never think about your website again.

Updates, backups, monitoring, and the small changes you'd otherwise chase someone for — handled every month by the people who build sites for a living. One monthly plan, cancel any time, for sites we built and sites we didn't.

MonitoringDaily BackupsUpdatesSmall ChangesNo Lock-in

The note that lands in your inbox each month.

The work that keeps a site online, safe and current — and a person to message when something needs changing.

Uptime & Security Monitoring

We're alerted if the site goes down, a form stops delivering, or anything looks wrong — usually before you notice.

Daily Backups

Automatic snapshots every day, kept for 30 days and restored quickly if anything ever needs rolling back.

Updates & Upgrades

Dependencies, certificates and hosting kept current on a schedule, quietly, then re-tested on real phones.

Speed Checks

The site stays fast on a phone as photos and pages are added — we check it, not just the day it launched.

Small Changes, Done

New photo, new price, new team member: message us on WhatsApp and it is handled within the response time in your plan.

A Monthly Note

What was updated, what we noticed, and anything worth doing next — one short email, in plain English.

Four things happen on every plan, every month, whether or not you ever message us.

  1. Step 1

    Monitor

Uptime, errors, form deliveries, certificate expiry — checked every day.

  2. Step 2

    Update

Dependencies and hosting patched; the site re-tested on real browsers and phones.

  3. Step 3

    Back up

A daily snapshot, kept for 30 days.

  4. Step 4

    Report

A short note in your inbox: what changed, what we would do next.

We don't sell tiers. Every site on a plan gets the same care, the quote reflects the site, and you cancel with 30 days' notice.

The plan

One plan, scoped to your site and quoted in writing. Nothing to choose between, nothing to upgrade to later.

Response times are agreed in your proposal. Domain, hosting, code and analytics stay in your name whatever you decide.

  • Uptime and security monitoring, every day
  • Daily backups, kept for 30 days
  • Updates, certificates, hosting, domain and DNS managed
  • Content changes on request, over WhatsApp
  • Speed checked and kept as the site grows
  • A monthly note on what changed and what we would do next

Plenty of the sites we look after weren't built by us. If your previous designer has moved on, we start with a health check and get the accounts back into your name.

The health check

  • Who holds the domain, the hosting and the logins
  • Whether backups exist, and whether they restore
  • What is out of date, and what it would take to fix
  • How fast the site really is on a phone
  • Whether the enquiry form actually reaches you

You get a plain-English list before you commit to anything.

Then, on a plan

  • Accounts transferred so the domain and hosting are yours
  • DNS moved carefully so your email keeps working
  • Backups running from the first week
  • The out-of-date list worked through, in order
  • The same monthly note as every other site we care for

We'll need admin access to hosting and the domain, and we document what we find before changing anything.

Builders and CMS platforms do a genuinely good job of maintaining themselves — that's the honest starting point. Here's where the ongoing work actually lives.

What platforms get right

  • The platform maintains its own software, security and hosting
  • Updates arrive without anyone having to schedule them
  • A dashboard you or your staff may already know

The ongoing work on those sites is usually in the layer on top — themes, plugins, and the compatibility between them.

Where custom code makes it lighter

  • No theme or plugin layer to keep compatible — maintenance is mostly monitoring and small changes
  • One team knows every line, so a change is a message, not a ticket
  • Speed is checked and kept, not left to whichever add-on was installed last
  • Everything stays in your name — domain, hosting, code — whatever you decide later

Less to keep compatible means a plan can be scoped around monitoring and changes, not firefighting.

Quoted in writing. Cancelled in a message.

Maintenance is quoted the same way as everything else we build — a fixed monthly figure around your site, with what's included spelled out before anything starts. Every one of our website packages already carries a monthly plan; this page is that plan on its own, for any site.
