The project
Elusive Racing sells Honda performance parts and runs a workshop in Clayton South. We built one store for both: 4,600 parts you can search by car, a trade channel with its own pricing, and service booking beside the parts.

01 Shop
Meilisearch forgives typos and filters by brand, category, stock, price and vehicle. It resyncs every hour and whenever stock changes.
02 Product page
SKU, live stock, variants, fitment tags and add-on kits on one page, with freight quoted from the part’s real dimensions.
03 Workshop
Fourteen services, each with its own page, and a booking flow that opens once the customer agrees to the workshop terms.

Under the hood
Answers parts questions using live search results and the customer’s car.
Reindexes hourly and on every signed WooCommerce webhook.
Every basket is recalculated before payment, so a forged total fails.
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, plus PayPal, Afterpay and bank transfer.
5,300 of the old site’s 5,306 URLs redirect to their new page.
Five tiers from 5% to 25% off. Staff approve every applicant.

Elusive Racing needed more: retail and wholesale parts run through the same site, with an admin dashboard behind it. We built every surface in custom code, and the same base fits any mechanic, performance workshop or detailer in Australia.
