The project
Sahara Caravans has built off-road vans in Campbellfield for more than 30 years. We built a site that sells the range nationally: four models with every floor plan, the build shown stage by stage, and dealers buyers can find.

01 Model page
Each model page steps through build type, size and layout, and the floor plan redraws with every choice. Specs that change with size, like chassis, brakes and solar, change with it.
02 The build
Ten stages from chassis to road test, four of them with a clip from the workshop floor that plays on hover.
03 Find a dealer
Dealers sit under a state switch with a tap-to-call number and email, and a map on the homepage shows where they are.

Under the hood
Build, size and layout options all come from one list of 29 plans.
Chassis, suspension, brakes, battery and solar specs swap with the size picked.
Each route ships as full HTML, so search engines read it without running scripts.
Unknown addresses get a true 404, and every page has one canonical URL.
Model pages are built from the model list, so a fifth van is a content edit.
A model enquiry and a ten-field dealer application, both sent straight to the inbox.
